Refund Policy

All sales are final. We refund only for technical issues — billing errors or reports that did not unlock. Preview your snapshot for free before paying.

1. All sales are final

Once payment is processed, your full report is delivered immediately and irreversibly. Because we cannot un-deliver digital content, we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the result, the content, or how it matches your expectations.

You can preview your snapshot before paying — the radar chart and pattern type are shown free of charge. The paid unlock adds the detailed domain bands, narrative, daily focus tips and PDF download. This preview is designed specifically so you can evaluate the quality and tone of your snapshot before deciding to unlock.

2. When we will refund

We refund in full when something has genuinely gone wrong on our end. Specifically:

  • The page failed to load or display the report after a successful payment.
  • You were charged but the full report never unlocked due to a technical failure on our side.
  • A duplicate charge appears on your statement for the same report.
  • The charge appears on a card you did not authorize (possible fraud — also contact your bank).

3. When we do not refund

We will not refund for any of the following:

  • Disagreement with the result, pattern type or domain bands.
  • Change of mind after the report has been unlocked.
  • Belief that the content was different from what you expected (the free preview is provided for exactly this reason).
  • Disagreement with the methodology — our scoring approach is documented on the homepage and FAQ before purchase.

4. How to request a refund for an eligible reason

Email privacy@attentionsnapshot.com with both:

  • The URL of your report (it looks like https://attentionsnapshot.com/en/r/<uuid>), and
  • The Stripe receipt or payment confirmation you received after purchase.

We will review your request and, if it qualifies under section 2 above, process the refund through Stripe within two (2) business days of receiving your message.

5. Refund method and timing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (typically the card you used at checkout). Once we issue the refund through Stripe, it usually appears on your statement within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank and country. We do not issue refunds in any other form (no store credit, no alternative cards, no bank transfers).

6. No partial refunds

Attention Snapshot is a single one-time product at $9 USD. There is no subscription and no proration. When a refund is granted, it is issued in full.

For consumers in the European Union: by completing checkout and clicking Pay, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content (your full report) and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This waiver does not affect any of the refund grounds set out in section 2 above.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please email us first. A direct refund is faster than a chargeback for both of us, and unlike chargebacks it does not affect your card account or our payment processor relationship.
