Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Attention Snapshot when you use the site or buy a report. Plain language, with the important parts kept short.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at attentionsnapshot.com (the "Service"), provided by Maksymilian Wójcik, an individual sole proprietor based in Poland ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is a five-minute, anonymous self-assessment for ADHD-style attention patterns. A free preview of your result is available; the full personalised report is unlocked by a one-time payment of nine US dollars ($9 USD), processed by Stripe.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl or otherwise programmatically extract content or data from the Service.
- Submit automated assessment responses, or use the Service for purposes other than a genuine personal self-screen (or, in the child track, a parent-reported screen).
- Use the Service if you are under 16 years of age. The child track is only for parents or legal guardians completing the questionnaire about a child.
- Resell, sublicense, repackage or otherwise commercially exploit reports generated by the Service without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Polish, EU or local law.
3. Payment
The full personalised report costs nine US dollars ($9 USD) as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and there are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card data. After successful payment, your full report is available for ninety (90) days at the report URL — see the Privacy Policy for retention details. A receipt is available through Stripe Checkout.
4. Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within seven (7) days of purchase. For details on how to request a refund, see the Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All site content, copy, design, scoring methodology, code and report templates are the intellectual property of Maksymilian Wójcik and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other laws. You retain ownership of the answers you submit; by submitting them you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those answers solely to compute and serve your report and to operate, secure and improve the Service.
You may keep, save and share your own personal report for your own personal or clinical use (for example, with your doctor). You may not republish, repackage or commercially redistribute the report.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the result will be suitable for any particular purpose, including any clinical purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim — which, for a paid report, is nine US dollars ($9 USD), and for a free preview is zero.
We are not liable for decisions you, your family, your employer, your school or any clinician make on the basis of a report. The report is informational and reflective; clinical decisions must be made with a qualified clinician. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Polish or EU law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breach of mandatory consumer-protection rules.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use provisions. You may stop using the Service at any time simply by closing the page. Termination does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund; the Refund Policy applies.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, save that consumers domiciled in another EU member state retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence under Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes we will surface a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
